Pedro M. Kono is the President and CEO. He holds a BA and Post-Graduation degree in Finance from EAESP/FGV in Brazil and a MBA degree from St. Thomas University in Florida, US. He worked 35 years for Citibank in Brazil, Japan and the US, managing finance and leasing companies, and structuring international financing and leases for customers in Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Eastern Europe. He is currently the Vice President of Members' Services of the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida and is pursuing his doctoral degree in Finance at Nova Southeastern University in Florida, US.

Marilene Wolff-Kono is the Chief Operating Officer. She is graduated from PUC in Brazil and holds a MSM degree from St. Thomas University in Florida, US. She worked as operations director for many companies in New York City and Miami for more than 10 years. Marilene has a solid background in managing people, and conducting administrative audits.

Airton Wolff is our business developer in S. Paulo, Brazil. He holds BA degree from Universidade S. Judas Tadeu and Human Resources specialization from Instituto Hoyler. He worked as Human Resources Manager at Parmalat, Iochpe-Maxion, Grupos Pao de Acucar and Silvio Santos, and has provided consulting services on organizational development to O Boticario, Volkswagen, Banco Itau, Telep Celular, Telemar.

Luiz Aurelio Ribeiro is our business developer in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. He holds a law degree from USP-Brazil and worked 18 years at Citibank and occupied general management positions at SBE, a Brown Boveri sub, and COEST Construtora. In the last nine years, he has provided consulting services in financial and tax planning matters to industrial and commercial companies of multiple industries.

Renata Siebert de Moraes is one of our business developers in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She holds a BS with major in Economics and a MBA by COPPEAD- Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. She has worked for several major national and international corporations such as Mediocredito Centrale, Barclays Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank. Renata has an extensive professional experience and is currently as a business consultant in marketing and execution of structured financing.

Manoel Afonso de Sousa Braga is one of our business developers in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He is a Civil Engeneer by the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and holds a MBA from COPPEAD- Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. His working experience includes working for major corporations such as Bank of Boston, Crefisul, Unibanco, ATN Capital and Centro Oeste Cellular. Manoel is currently a business consultant for small and medium companies in the areas of strategic planning, business origination and structuring, and financing alternatives.
